For our Client, PREM Group, an international hotel management company, we are looking for experienced, motivated and ambitious candidates for the position of


Sales Manager
at Holiday Inn Łódź

We are seeking applications from professional individuals with high levels of drive and determination who are interested in becoming part of the Management Team of Holiday Inn Łódź. Candidates must have previous experience on that position and pre opening experience would also be an advantage.

Basic function:
Reporting to General Manager Sales Manager will sell and promote the hotel services to new and existing guests and clients.

Scope of duties:

  • To enthusiastically sell and promote the hotel as a high quality product
  • To play a vital role in maintaining the standards of the hotel and surpassing clients expectations by using feedback to improve service
  • To source corporate business, to work from mailing lists, to source and manage suitable websites
  • To target new companies by industry, to target cities nationwide, to reach agreed targets, as set out by the General Manager and Company Directors
  • To maintain regular contact with both bookers and stayers at the hotel, by phone and appointment, to ensure that the data base is kept up to date
  • To attend meetings with PREM Group Managers and directors as requested
  • To provide a weekly activity and sales report to General Manager and PREM Group Sales & Marketing Director
  • To assist with corporate events
  • To attend trade promotions and networking events

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of sales background in hospitality business with a proven successes
  • A broad understanding of all typical market segments (business, individuals, groups and MICE) to be able dealing with them
  • Working for international hotel chains on the similar positions will be an asset
  • Ability to identify and develop accounts, build and maintain relations with present and potential clients
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong sales skills, task oriented personality
  • Perfect organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Creative and innovative way of thinking and acting
  • Highly developed presentation skills
  • Good command of English
  • Higher degree
