Managing Director Sales (Poland)
We are looking for experienced, motivated and ambitious Managing Director Sales (Poland) (Warsaw) a professional with high levels of drive and determination. Basic functions: Managing Director (Sales) will be mainly responsible for representation of company’s branch in Poland. This role will be responsible for sales management and business development on the Polish market as well as analysis and evaluation of the entire Polish market , specific target markets and the competitors in terms of technical and commercial development trends. Managing Director (Sales) will develop and optimize sales and distribution strategies, assess opportunities and risks, implement the corporate strategy in the assigned market, as well as elaborate sales plans and will be responsible for sales results. This position will be responsible for development of marketing strategies and introduction of short-, medium- and long-term measures for optimal marketing. His/her duties will also include acquisition of new customers and care of existing ones, development and expansion of customer and partner networks. In particular situation this person will also develop and implement the necessary marketing mix (product, sales, brand management) with the aim of a deeper market penetration. Managing Director (Sales) will report directly to the Managing Director of the parent company in Vienna. Requirements: - Well-founded technical and commercial education
- At least 5 years of sales background on managerial position with a proven successes (professional experience in mechanics and/ or electronics will be an asset)
- National sales and management experience ideally in a middle-sized business
- Strong experience in leading and developing the Sales Department
- Ability to develop and optimize sales and distribution strategies
- Ability to identify accounts, build and maintain relations with present and potential clients
- Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate with customers and interested parties on fairs, experts’ meetings and trainings
- Dynamic leadership personality
- Distinct entrepreneurial of thinking and acting
- Willingness to make decisions
- Fluent English (fluent German will be an asset)
